Take the first action on an overwhelming task in under 60 seconds.

Step 1: Open HealUp

Visit app.healup.me - no signup required to start.

You'll see a clean interface with a task input field. That's it. No complex setup, no configuration needed.


Step 2: Choose an Overwhelming Task

Think of something important you've been avoiding:

Financial Tasks

  • "File 2024 taxes"

Career Planning

  • "Plan career transition to data science"
  • "Prepare for performance review"
  • "Update resume and LinkedIn"

Legal/Admin

  • "Research mortgage refinancing"

Pick Something Real

Don't start with "buy groceries" or "send email". HealUp shines with tasks that feel hard to begin.


Step 3: Let AI Break It Down

  1. Type your task in the input field
  2. Press Enter
  3. Wait 3-5 seconds for AI to generate immediate action steps

Step 4: Start Execute Mode

  1. Click the task card to open it

  2. You'll see your first action step clearly displayed:

    "Locate and download W-2 from employer portal (5 min)"

  3. Do that one action - ignore everything else

  4. Mark complete when done

  5. Celebrate 🎉 - you've started!


Step 5: Experience the Relief

After completing your first step:

  • Overwhelm reduces - the task isn't so scary anymore

Steps not quite right? Click the card > Regenerate.


"The AI steps don't match my exact situation"

Add notes or context when creating the task. More context = better breakdown. See better breakdowns with notes and URLs.

"I completed a step but feel stuck on the next one"

That's normal. The point isn't perfection - it's forward motion. Complete what you can, skip what you can't, adjust as needed.

"This feels too simple"
