How many lists can I create?
Unlimited HealUp native lists. Synced lists depend on integration (Todoist: all projects, TickTick: all lists, Notion: connected databases).
Can I move tasks between lists?
Yes. Click task menu → "Move to List" → Select destination. Works for HealUp lists and synced lists.
What happens to tasks when I delete a list?
HealUp lists: Tasks move to Tasks. Synced lists: Disconnect integration to stop syncing, tasks remain in HealUp.
Can I share lists with others?
Not directly in HealUp. Use integration sharing (Todoist project sharing, Notion database sharing) and sync to HealUp.
Do lists sync across my devices?
Yes, with authenticated account. All lists and task assignments sync automatically.
Can I have the same task in multiple lists?
No. Each task belongs to one list (or Tasks). Move tasks to change list assignment.
