  • Typical: Within 24 hours (weekdays)
  • Weekends: Within 48 hours

What Makes a Good Bug Report

Specific steps to reproduce:

1. Clicked "Create Task"
2. Entered "File taxes"
3. Clicked Generate
4. Got error "Failed to generate"

Expected vs actual behavior:

Expected: AI generates 8 steps
Actual: Error message appears

Environment details:

Browser: Chrome 120
OS: macOS Sonoma 14.2
Account: Authenticated
Plan: Free tier

Screenshots or screen recording - incredibly helpful

Vague reports:

"It doesn't work"
"Something is broken"
"I can't do anything"

Bug Severity

Critical (affects core functionality):

  • Can't create tasks
  • Can't complete steps
  • Data loss
  • Can't log in

High (major feature broken):

  • Integrations not syncing
  • AI not generating
  • Execute Mode crashes

Medium (annoying but workaround exists):

  • UI glitch
  • Performance slow
  • Minor feature broken

Low (cosmetic or edge case):

  • Typo
  • Layout issue
  • Rare scenario

We prioritize by severity. Critical bugs fixed within hours/days.


How to Request

  1. Search first - may already exist or be planned

What Makes a Good Request

Describe the problem:

"I often execute the same sequence of tasks (morning routine). 
Building the flow each time is tedious."

Suggest solution:

"Could you add Flow Templates? Save a flow, reuse it later 
with one click."

Explain use case:

"I'd use this daily for my morning work routine (check email, 
review calendar, plan day). Would save 5 minutes every morning."

Vague requests:

"Make it better"
"Add more features"

Account Issues

Lost password:

Can't log in:

  • Check email spelling
  • Try password reset
  • Clear browser cache
  • Try different browser

Want to delete account:

  • Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Or email support@healup.me with request
  • All data permanently deleted within 30 days

Payment Issues

Payment failed:

  • Check card details
  • Ensure sufficient funds
  • Try different payment method
  • Email support@healup.me if persists

Want refund (within 30 days):

  • Email support@healup.me
  • Include: Account email, reason for refund
  • Processed within 5-7 business days

Billing questions:


First Steps

  1. Verify OAuth connection - Settings → Integrations → Reconnect
  2. Manual sync - Click sync button
  3. Check provider status - Is Todoist/Notion down?

Still Not Working?

Email support@healup.me with:

  • Which integration
  • What's not syncing
  • Screenshots of settings
  • Error messages

Provider-side issues (Todoist API down, etc.) - we can't fix immediately but can confirm and notify when resolved.


Email Support

  • Normal questions: 24 hours (weekdays)
  • Bug reports: 24-48 hours + acknowledgment within 6 hours for critical bugs
  • Feature requests: Acknowledged within 48 hours
  • Account/billing: 24 hours (priority)

Community

  • Discord: Usually within 1-2 hours during active hours
  • WhatsApp: Community often responds within minutes
  • No guaranteed response time (community-driven)

Weekends/Holidays

  • Emergency support for critical bugs only
  • Non-critical requests answered Monday

Premium Support

Coming in future Premium tiers

Planned:

  • Priority email response (4-hour SLA)
  • Video call support for complex issues
  • Dedicated Slack channel
  • Custom integration assistance

Currently: All users get same support level.


Critical Issues Only

System down / Data loss / Security issue:

Email: support@healup.me with subject [URGENT]

We monitor 24/7 for critical issues.

What qualifies as critical:

  • ✅ Can't access account
  • ✅ Data disappeared
  • ✅ Security vulnerability
  • ✅ Payment charged incorrectly

What doesn't:

  • ❌ Feature request
  • ❌ "How do I..."
  • ❌ Cosmetic bugs
  • ❌ General questions
