Payment Failed​

Possible causes:

  1. Insufficient funds
  2. Card declined by bank
  3. Billing address mismatch
  4. International card restrictions

Solutions:

  1. Try different payment method
  2. Contact your bank
  3. Use Apple Pay or Google Pay instead
  4. Check billing address is correct

Premium Not Activating​

After successful payment:

  1. Wait 60 seconds - Activation not always instant
  2. Refresh page - Hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R)
  3. Sign out and back in - Reloads account status
  4. Check email for payment confirmation

Still not active after 5 minutes?

  • Email support@healup.me
  • Include payment confirmation/receipt
  • We'll manually activate within hours

Wrong Amount Charged​

Should be $35 only.

If charged different amount:

  1. Check receipt/confirmation email
  2. Verify charge on credit card statement
  3. Email support@healup.me immediately with:
    • Receipt screenshot
    • Bank statement showing charge
    • Correct amount ($35)

We'll issue refund difference within 24 hours.

Receipt & Invoice​

After purchase:

  • Stripe sends receipt via email
  • PDF invoice attached
  • Includes:
    • Purchase date
    • Amount paid ($35)
    • Payment method (last 4 digits)

For business/expense reports:

Do you offer monthly subscription?​

No. Only lifetime Founder's Pass. No recurring subscription option.

Can I get invoice for business expense?​

Yes. Stripe sends PDF invoice via email after purchase. Use for expense reports.

What if payment fails?​

How long until refund processes?​

5-7 business days to original payment method after request approved.

Can I change payment method after purchase?​

Purchase is one-time. No payment method on file after initial transaction.
