- Add/edit notes for better context
- Enable web research (Premium)
- Add reference URLs (Premium)
- Generate new breakdown
What Changes:
- New steps replace old ones
- Can regenerate multiple times
- Iterate until breakdown is right
- No limit on regenerations
Smart Context Persistence
- Task notes saved across regenerations
- Previously used URLs pre-populated
- Research toggle remembers last state
- Easy to refine breakdown iteratively
Use when: Initial steps don't quite match your situation, need more/less detail, have additional context to provide.
Add Notes
Add task description/notes for context.
Adding Notes
Two ways:
- During creation: Click notes icon next to task input
- After creation: Open task detail sheet, click "Add notes..."
Notes Purpose
- Provide context for AI generation
- Remember task details
- Clarify requirements
- Note constraints or preferences
AI Uses Notes
When generating or regenerating steps:
- AI reads your notes
- Incorporates context into breakdown
- Generates more accurate, personalized steps
- Especially useful for complex or unusual tasks
Example
Task: "Prepare for board presentation"
Notes:
- Audience: 8 board members
- Duration: 15 minutes
- Focus on Q4 revenue growth
- Need slides + talking points
AI generates steps specific to board presentation context, not generic presentation prep.
