TickTick Integration

Connect HealUp with TickTick to pull tasks from your TickTick lists and execute them with HealUp's AI breakdown and Execute Mode. Completions sync back automatically.

Quick Start​

  1. Sign in to HealUp (authentication required)
  2. Settings → Integrations → TickTick
  3. Click "Connect"
  4. Authorize HealUp in TickTick popup
  5. Select lists to sync
  6. Start executing TickTick tasks in HealUp

Total setup time: 2 minutes

Two-Way Sync​

TickTick → HealUp:
- Pull tasks from selected lists
- Import task names, descriptions, due dates
- Respect priority levels

HealUp → TickTick:
- Push task completions
- Update status in real-time
- Sync on delete

Sync Frequency​

Automatic:

  • Every 5 seconds while HealUp is open
  • Batch up to 50 tasks per sync
  • Background sync when app active

Manual:

  • Click sync button anytime
  • Refresh from Settings

Step 1: Connect Account​

  1. Open HealUp Settings

    • Click Settings icon (⚙️)
    • Navigate to Integrations tab

  2. Find TickTick

    • Scroll to TickTick tile
    • Click "Connect" button

  3. Authorize

    • Popup opens to TickTick
    • Log in (if not already)
    • Click "Authorize" to grant permissions

  4. Return to HealUp

    • Popup closes automatically
    • HealUp shows "Connected" status
    • Green checkmark on TickTick tile

Step 2: Configure Sync​

Select Lists:

  • Choose which TickTick lists to sync
  • Can sync all or select specific ones
  • Recommended: Start with 1-2 lists

Sync Options:

  • Auto-sync (enabled by default)
  • Include completed tasks (off by default)
  • Sync frequency (5 seconds default)

Priority Mapping:

  • TickTick High → HealUp High
  • TickTick Medium → HealUp Medium
  • TickTick Low → HealUp Low
  • TickTick None → HealUp None

Step 3: Test Sync​

  1. Create test task in TickTick
  2. Wait 5-10 seconds
  3. Check HealUp - task should appear
  4. Complete in HealUp
  5. Check TickTick - should show completed

What Syncs​

✅ Task Properties:

  • Task title and description
  • Due date and time
  • Priority level
  • List assignment
  • Completion status
  • Tags (as HealUp tags)

✅ Sync Actions:

  • Create task (either system)
  • Complete task (either system)
  • Edit task (either system)
  • Delete task

What Doesn't Sync​

❌ Not Supported:

  • Subtasks (TickTick sub-items)
  • Attachments
  • Comments
  • Recurring task rules
  • Pomodoro timers
  • Custom fields

HealUp-Specific Features​

AI Breakdown:

  • Generate steps for TickTick task
  • Steps stored in HealUp only
  • Complete steps in Execute Mode
  • Mark parent task complete → syncs to TickTick

Can I use HealUp without TickTick?​

Yes. TickTick integration is optional.

Will this replace TickTick?​

No. Use TickTick for organization, HealUp for execution activation.

What happens if I disconnect?​

Tasks remain in HealUp but stop syncing. Reconnect anytime to resume.

Do recurring tasks sync?​

Only one instance copies. Complete it → creates next recurrence in TickTick only.
