Synced Task Behavior

Task appears in both systems:

  • Edit in either place (changes sync)

  • Delete in HealUp → archives in Todoist
  • Delete in Todoist → removes from HealUp

HealUp enhancements:

  • AI generates micro-steps
  • Execute Mode available
  • Progress tracking
  • Celebration animations

Todoist preserves:

  • Project organization
  • Labels and filters
  • Comments and attachments

Can I use HealUp without Todoist?

Yes. Todoist integration is optional. HealUp works standalone.

Will this replace Todoist?

No. HealUp complements Todoist. Use Todoist for organization, HealUp for execution.

What happens if I disconnect?

Tasks in HealUp remain but stop syncing. Reconnect anytime to resume sync.

Can I sync completed tasks?

Yes, enable in settings. Useful for reviewing past work.

Do recurring tasks sync?

Only one instance copies to HealUp. Complete it → creates next recurrence in Todoist only.

Can I add subtasks?

Not currently. Subtasks in Todoist don't map to HealUp. Use AI breakdown instead.

Is there a sync limit?

50 tasks per batch. Multiple batches if you have more tasks.
